Service Categories and Refund Terms

Subscription Services

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for current month billing depend on usage and timing of cancellation request.

Annual subscriptions may qualify for prorated refunds if cancelled within the first 30 days of the billing period.

Custom Analysis Projects

Project-based work follows milestone-based refund structure. Completed phases are generally non-refundable.

Refunds available for uncompleted work if project is terminated early by mutual agreement.

Training and Consultation

Session-based services are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled time.

Completed sessions are non-refundable, but we can discuss credit toward future services if you're unsatisfied.

Software Licenses

Licensed software tools may qualify for refunds within 14 days if technical compatibility issues prevent usage.
